Role Summary As the Head of IS Applications Transformation, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Manufacturing Applications team. This team is responsible for delivering new Manufacturing Applications as well as enhancing existing Manufacturing Applications across all sites in Meggitt. You will have end to end accountability for IT system provision to enable Meggitt's 40 global manufacturing sites through deployment and transformation of Meggitt's SAP template. You will be the primary lead for SAP, its template, and optimising its delivery for Meggitt. This will include the delivery lifecycle and the provision of a training service providing consistent training material to enhance the performance of the business process Core Responsibilities Creating and Maintaining a 1-3-5 Year Manufacturing Applications Roadmap that sets out the evolution of the Manufacturing Applications Portfolio Forecasting demand for new applications & ensuring sufficient resources with the right skills are available to deliver the application portfolio Inputting to the annual plan & budget to meet the forecasted demand Managing the utilisation of the team and their suppliers/partners to ensure the right resources are available when needed Ensuring the right project governance processes are followed to deliver projects on time & to budget Creating clearly articulated Project Requests (CERs & Project Briefs) including business cases Selecting new applications, in conjunction with the Head of Global Applications, Architecture, and IT Procurement teams, to meet these requirements Enhancing existing applications to keep up with changing business requirements whilst ensuring consistency and continuity across all global processes Managing the delivery of new applications and enhancements to existing applications in a timely and quality way. Skills Knowledge & Abilities Experience of leading a Manufacturing Applications team as part of a Global Applications function Track record of successfully managing a blend of legacy and modern technologies and vendors Good SAP functional background and understanding in the manufacturing space Strong experience of leading the technology associated with significant shop floor footprint delivery, and subsequent changes. Experience delivering Manufacturing Systems (in SAP, Sales & Operations planning, Procurement, E2E Logistics, and shop floor machine tool applications and associated technology) Ownership for the delivery of applications into a number of the following areas:
o Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, Quality, Procurement, Logistics & Shipping, Shop floor (including Digitial capability to enhance production efficiency and quality) Experience of successfully working with key external service providers including large Si's, onshore, near shore, and offshore What we offer Meggitt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards framework designed with our colleagues' health, wealth and well-being in mind to help our employees balance a successful career. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
